Head Resonance Company
In the year 1978 Peter Elsner and Benjamin Heidersberger started the
HEAD RESONANCE Company as an interdisciplinary art and research project
which concerns itself with the implementation of ideas and the study of
the laws how an idea is realizing in space and time.
Between 1978- 84 the HEAD RESONANCE Company worked in different areas
of art: photo, video, graphic, installation, performance,
documentation, provocation, concepts, concerts, electronic music,
experimental vocalsound project HEAD RESONANCE (1979-84, 1999- ). HEAD RESONANCE Company main events: - Production and distribution of 200 plastic bags, sunflower seeds and
yellow chalk, Wolfsburg - Planning, construction and building of a geodetic dome - "Pigs in the gallery", Kunstverein Wolfsburg, performance - Sound installation to the opening of the Neue Alte Oper in Frankfurt - "Trojanisches Konzert", Jazz and Folk Festival, Wolfsburg - "But who is eating me?" Concert, Atonal Festival Berlin - Interactive sound installation, der grosse Preis, Ars Electronica, Linz, Austria - Concert "Die HERZEN sind zu" gallery APEX, Göttingen Planing of the "Solar Powered Random Sound Generator" on the Cass Computersystem, Volkswagen factory, sound sculpture - "The SOUND Research Project", Thailand.
