Heidewitzka, Herr Kapitän, ich dachte, ich wäre im Bereich Industrial-Musik abgehärtet, aber wer sich diese 10 Tapes (je Plattenseite 1 Tape) mal hintereinander weg reinzieht, so wie ich es gerade zum 2. Mal tue, der ist danach nicht mehr derselbe. Dagegen ist THROBBING GRISTLE lockere Kaffeehaus-Musik! Der Italiener, der mir damals wie so vieles dadurch gegangen ist, hat niemals einen Live-Auftritt absolviert und kann auch keine Kollaborationen mit anderen Krachmachern vorweisen, selbst gewählte totale Isolation sozusagen. Der wahre Soundtrack zum Untergang. Eine Art akustisches Konzentrationslager, wenn ich das mal so sagen darf. Darf ich? MB sollte man jedoch auf keinen Fall in die rechte Ecke drängen, das englische Label 'Come Organisation' hat dem guten Maurizio damals einigen Ärger bereitet, in dem man (ohne Einverständnis) Nazi-Symbolik verwendet hat. In der Industrial-Szene als Provokationsform damals ja nicht unüblich, siehe DEATH IN JUNE etc. Nun ja, die Punks hatten das Theater ja auch mit Sid Vicious und seinem Hakenkreuz, aber darum geht's hier ja gar nicht. Wer jetzt meint, zu diesem Sound den Mussolini tanzen zu können, der liegt falsch. Keine Ahnung, wie Bianchi diese Töne hingekriegt hat, manchmal wie ein durchgeknalltes Tele-Spiel, manchmal einfach ein hypnotischer, minimaler Wall of Sound, der Dir keine Chance läßt. Take it or leave it. Das Heilsame an so kaputter Musik: Wenn man sich drauf einläßt, dann fühlt man sich danach wie neugeboren. Labile Leute müssen nach dem Genuß der 5 LPs erstmal zum Nervenarzt, aber vielleicht ist das ja gar nicht schlecht. Positive Negativism. Against Fascism. Darauf können wir uns vielleicht einigen. In jeglicher Hinsicht ein Industrial-Meilenstein! VOD-Members bekommen als Bonus-Single das allererste MB-Projekt 'Sacher-Pelz' dazu. Kollege Stix, ein Österreicher, meinte dazu: 'Geile Scheibe! Hat bestimmt ne Sacher-Torte gegessen und danach einen Pelz (Belag) auf der Zunge gehabt.' Dem ist nichts mehr hinzuzufügen! (Vinyl on Demand Records)

The Italian, who split through my screen as so many other things in the earlier years has never done a live-performance and has no collaborations with other Noise-makers, so to speak, self-chosen/elected Isolation. The real Soundtrack to the decay/collapse.

MB should be pushed in the right corner on no account, the english label „Come Organisation" has caused lots of trouble to good Maurizio by using Nazi-Symbolics without his permission. Not unusual in the Industrial-Scene back in those days (see Death in June). Well, Punks did have the same theatre with Sid Vicious and his swastika, but this is not the point here.
Whoever things, he must dance to this sound the „Mussolini" is completely wrong. I have no clue how Maurizio can get and wrangle those sounds together, sometimes like a freaky Tele-game, sometimes a hypnotic, minimal Wall of Sound which gives no chance to leave. Take it or leave it.
The healing aspect on such diseased music: If you get involved with this music, then you feel like new born. Unstable people would probably have to see a neurologist after enjoying all 5 Lp's, and this maybe isn't not so bad after all.
